We are currently seeking a docketing administrator. Candidates should have at least two (2) years of recent experience in a legal office environment. IP law firm experience is a plus. Candidates with an IP legal administrative background who would be interested in a docketing role are encouraged to apply. This role will provide specialized support to attorneys related to patent and trademark prosecution. Docketing duties include tracking legal deadlines, reporting, and maintaining files. Working knowledge of database software and/or experience with Anaqua or other IP docketing software is preferred. The ideal candidate should have good organization skills and be detail oriented. Good communication skills and a proactive approach are a must. Salary is competitive and commensurate with work experience.
