Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Foreclosure Coordinator on a Hybrid basis, who will provide essential administrative support for foreclosure matters either across multiple states or jurisdictions where the firm operates. This role ensures the efficient handling of assigned cases and supports the firm's foreclosure processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Open files in case management system Compile, prepare and summarize relevant information and materials to be used in preparation of legal documents and notices and required mailings Coordinate all aspects of the foreclosure process, including document preparation, filing, and tracking deadlines Prepare legal documents and notices Submit legal documents for execution by clients Coordinate submission of documents and legal notices for mailing, recordation, publication and posting Prepare Payoff and Reinstatement(s) and send to borrowers Prepare chronologies to send to client Prepare files for mediation Complete Bankruptcy and SCRA Searches as assigned Sort and distribute daily incoming mail Maintain and update active case files in the firm's database Interact with clients as directed to gather appropriate supporting documentation and provide updates on file status Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under deadlines Filing documents with various courts throughout the various states/ jurisdictions Calendaring deadlines and hearing date Preparing client status reports Responding to client inquiries Internal and client system updates Listen to and communicate with team members both verbally and in written form to understand team goals, then help execute on the plan to realize those goals Multitasking, prioritizing, and working efficiently from one task to the next Administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
2+ years of either, Trustee/Foreclosure/Default/Mortgage experience 1+ years court filing experience Strong Research Skill and Attention to Detail Experience working within a law firm or law office environment highly preferred Exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence!
