- $130,000k Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in producing high-quality legal work. This role offers exposure to a diverse mix of matters, including commercial litigation, entertainment, real estate, and corporate disputes , making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience and grow their skill set. Key Responsibilities Prepare, revise, and format complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence Handle e-filing in California state and federal courts Prepare Tables of Contents (TOCs), Tables of Authorities (TOAs), exhibits, and trial binders Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines using docketing/calendaring software Support trial preparation , hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Assist with case intake, conflicts checks, and new matter setup Maintain and organize client files (electronic and physical) Provide billing and expense report support Deliver general administrative and team support to attorneys at various levels What We're Looking For 5+ years of civil litigation experience (complex commercial litigation preferred) Strong experience with e-filing, calendaring, and trial preparation Proficiency in legal document formatting, proofreading, and redlining Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Flexible team player comfortable supporting multiple attorneys High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with the team
