Legal Practice Assistant (Litigation) Seattle, WA | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote) Full-Time |
Direct Hire Salary Range:
$75,000 - $110,000 annually (May extend up to $115,000 for highly qualified candidates)
Bonus:
Annual discretionary bonus typically 2-4% LHH is working with a growing law firm who is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to support a busy litigation practice. This is a newly created position designed to support multiple attorneys in a collaborative, high-performing office environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize exhibits, hearing binders, and document productions Handle state and federal court e-filing (required) Schedule depositions and coordinate litigation logistics Draft, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence Manage attorney calendars, email, phone calls, and travel arrangements Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Assist with new matter intake, conflict checks, and engagement letters Process time entry and support billing tasks Respond promptly to client and attorney requests in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of legal support experience in a litigation environment At least 2-3 years supporting attorneys at a large law firm strongly preferred Demonstrated experience with state and federal court e-filing Strong litigation background (any practice area considered) Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Word skills preferred) Experience with iManage strongly preferred (trainable) Notary Public status is a plus Work Schedule 37.5-hour work week Core hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
