Our client is looking for a real estate professional who can take ownership of transactions, keep critical details moving, and support commercial acquisitions, leasing, closings, and other real estate matters from start to finish.

Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 base salary DOE + annual incentives depending on transaction activity
What You'll Be Doing:
Review and analyze title and survey documentation Support commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and closings Prepare deeds, closing documents, basic leases, and related correspondence Track contract dates, deadlines, and outstanding transaction items Maintain organized transaction and corporate files Abstract leases and amendments and assist with ongoing lease administration Draft routine tenant and legal correspondence, including default and commencement letters What You'll Need to
