Job Description

Good Deeds Title & Escrow, LLC is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Title Processor to support our growing title and escrow operations in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple real estate transactions simultaneously while providing exceptional communication and service to clients, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys. Experience in the title industry is preferred, particularly with Qualia title production software and Microsoft Office applications. We are also open to motivated paralegal students, legal interns, or individuals pursuing careers in real estate, title, escrow, or law who are looking to gain hands-on industry experience with potential opportunities for long-term employment after completion of schooling or internship programs. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate closings from contract to funding. Duties Coordinate residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to close Open new title orders and enter transaction information into Qualia Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors Order payoffs, HOA information, surveys, and other closing-related documents Assist with preparing settlement statements and closing packages Track contract deadlines and ensure all transaction milestones are completed timely Schedule closings and coordinate signing appointments Answer phones and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner Review files for completeness and accuracy prior to closing Upload, organize, and maintain digital transaction files Assist with post-closing tasks, funding coordination, and document recording Support marketing, client follow-up, and general office operations as needed Experience Proficiency in Qualia, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital file management Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Good Deeds Title & Escrow, LLC is a Knoxville-based title company committed to delivering smooth closings, responsive communication, and exceptional service throughout Tennessee.
