Job Description:
A prominent national law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support a partner in its Houston, TX office whose practice focuses on business transactions, corporate matters, and high-value commercial work. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in large law firms or sophisticated transactional practices who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-intensive environment. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and document support for a high-profile transactional practice, including corporate governance, entity work, business agreements, closings, and complex scheduling. Responsibilities & Qualifications:
