They're highly regarded for their collaborative culture, strong staff tenure, and their exceptional service to clients. This is an in office position. Job Description Prepare, draft, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports with high attention to detail. Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and client consultations. Coordinate and track case deadlines, filings, and other critical dates. File legal documents with courts and other governmental agencies as required. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail. Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files for real estate and litigation matters. Assist with billing processes, time entry, and expense reporting for attorneys. Provide general administrative support to attorneys and the wider team as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Legal Secretary (Real Estate and Litigation) should have: Proficiency in drafting and formatting legal documents accurately and efficiently. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Experience with legal software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with real estate and litigation processes and terminology. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team needs.
