In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the preparation and review of property titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Your expertise will facilitate smooth transaction processes, support our law office operations, and provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of real estate transactions, utilizing your research skills and knowledge of title processing to drive success. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research of property records, including public records, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and other sources to verify property details and ownership history Prepare, review, and process title documents accurately in accordance with real estate law and company procedures Collaborate with law office professionals to resolve discrepancies or issues related to titles and legal documentation Utilize GIS tools to assist in property boundary identification and mapping tasks Maintain detailed records of all title processing activities, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and internal teams to provide updates and clarify documentation requirements Support the closing process by coordinating document signing appointments and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete Experience Prior experience in title processing or real estate law is highly preferred Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex property records and legal documents Familiarity with GIS technology and its application in property mapping or boundary identification Excellent customer service skills to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders Experience working within a law office environment or legal setting is a plus Knowledge of title insurance procedures, escrow processes, and real estate transactions is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional service through meticulous title management!
