Legal Secretary - LitigationGreater Seattle Area | Hybrid Flexibility$65,000 - $80,000 Base + Bonus/BenefitsI'm partnering with a highly respected, long-established law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support its busy Commercial/Business Litigation and Labor & Employment practices. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in managing sophisticated, fast-paced litigation matters.
The Opportunity:
You'll support a team of attorneys handling complex litigation with active dockets and demanding timelines. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys being deeply involved in all phases of litigation.
What You'll Do:
Manage and prioritize multiple litigation matters with complex docketsMaintain attorney calendars and ensure adherence to case schedules (including motion confirmations and deadlines)Coordinate and assist with discovery productionSupport preparation for filings, mediations, settlement discussions, and trialAssist with heavy motions practice, including organizing and compiling materialsCommunicate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel as needed
What We're Looking For:
