Our team works closely together to support patients through every stage of fertility treatment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, and patient experience. We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller with fertility and reproductive healthcare experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume specialty medical environment. Responsibilities Submit and follow up on insurance claims for fertility-related services Review EOBs, denials, and underpayments and pursue appropriate appeals Verify patient insurance benefits and fertility coverage Work with commercial insurance plans, fertility benefit companies, and self-pay patients Post payments and reconcile accounts accurately Communicate with patients regarding balances, billing questions, and payment arrangements Coordinate with front office, financial counselors, and clinical staff regarding authorizations and billing issues Manage prior authorizations and referrals as needed Maintain accurate documentation and billing records Stay current on fertility-related coding and reimbursement guidelines Qualifications Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience required Fertility / reproductive endocrinology billing experience strongly preferred Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance billing processes Experience with fertility benefit plans such as Progyny, Maven, Carrot, WINFertility, etc. preferred Strong understanding of authorizations, eligibility verification, and appeals Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment EMR experience required; fertility EMR experience preferred Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude Preferred Skills Experience with IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, donor, and surrogacy-related billing Familiarity with out-of-network billing and fertility package pricing Strong insurance follow-up and collections experience Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and improve processes Benefits Competitive compensation Paid time off and holidays Health insurance benefits Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding fertility practice How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your fertility billing experience.
