Job Description

Office Biller / Collections (Dental Office) We are looking for a reliable, punctual, bilingual, and goal-oriented team member to join our growing dental office! This position is primarily focused on PPO dental billing, insurance, and collections. As part of our team, everyone helps with a little bit of everything when needed. Some treatment coordinating, answering phones, and checking patients in and out will also be part of the role.
Responsibilities include:
PPO insurance billing and claims Insurance verification and follow-up Managing A/R, collections, and account balances Posting payments and tracking daily/monthly totals Assisting with treatment coordination as needed Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Supporting front office duties and overall team workflow
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year dental office experience required PPO and cash office experience preferred Strong reliability and punctuality Positive attitude and team-player mentality Goal-oriented and self-motivated Good communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of ADA Codes Pay & Benefits:
