The position is temporary but may have the potential to transition to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with medical coding, billing and collections and be familiar with medical billing software. Desired skills and traits in a successful candidate for this position are: Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management Previous clerical or billing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good communication and organizational skills If you have experience working in medical billing and are looking for a temporary position that may transition to a permanent position, we want to hear from you.
