This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive group in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and process billing information for medical services provided. Review and verify patient information and insurance coverage. Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with insurance companies and patients. Ensure compliance with all billing and coding regulations and standards. Maintain detailed records of billing activities and communications.
Requirements:
Previous experience in medical billing or a related healthcare role. Strong understanding of medical billing codes and insurance procedures. Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health records systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance providers.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
