The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily accounts receivable posting ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, billing processes, and the ability to navigate various medical portals efficiently. Duties Review and post payments to patient accounts to and identify outstanding balances and initiate collection efforts. Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding payments, billing inquiries, and disputes. Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and interactions in the medical office systems. Provide excellent customer service while addressing patient concerns and inquiries when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in medical collections and posting processes.. Familiarity with medical billing systems . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
