Pediatric Medical Biller

About Us We are a growing pediatric practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and families. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pediatric Medical Biller to join our team and help ensure efficient revenue cycle management and outstanding patient service.

Responsibilities:

Submit and follow up on insurance claims for pediatric services Review and resolve claim denials and payment discrepancies Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Post payments, adjustments, and patient balances accurately Work accounts receivable and aging reports Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and appeals Assist with patient billing questions and payment collections Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (eCW preferred) Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and billing guidelines

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of medical billing experience (pediatric experience preferred) Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance billing processes Understanding of commercial insurance, Medicaid, and eligibility verification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
