CST Academy:

Submit insurance claims accurately and promptly. Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, proactively working toward resolution. Verify insurance benefits and manage authorizations. Process client payments, post insurance reimbursements, and reconcile EOBs. Professionally handle billing inquiries from clients by phone and email. Maintain organized and accurate billing documentation. Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline billing and collections.
