Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our staffing team and deliver high-quality patient care across a variety of client healthcare facilities. In this role, you will work on-site with our clients, providing direct nursing care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting clinical teams while representing our agency's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically proficient, and dedicated to patient-centered care in diverse healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately and promptly Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and specimen collection Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ensure adherence to infection control standards and patient safety guidelines Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Adapt quickly to varying client facility policies, procedures, and clinical settings
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing) Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and medical terminology Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar) Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred depending on assignment Experience in specialized areas (e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg, Labor & Delivery, or outpatient settings) Flexibility to travel to different client locations as needed Bilingual skills are a plus
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
