Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full revenue cycle, from patient registration to claim submission and collections. Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for dermatology services. Review and follow up on unpaid or denied claims, working to resolve issues promptly. Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits. Maintain organized billing records and patient files. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation. Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment plans.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in dermatology billing is required. Strong understanding of medical billing processes and the full revenue cycle. Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR). Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
