FRONT DESK- PATIENT ACCOUNTS

RIGHT FIT
for our TEAM We're looking for an Office Assistant who's ready to step into a purpose-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys details, computers, spreadsheets, holding people accountable, collaboratively working with a team, tasks and numbers! Key Responsibilities Managing Patient accounts Print schedules and receipts for patients Enter transactions Collect monthly payments Process EFTs on 1st/15th Schedule Future appointments and consults Retrieve and return phone messages and text messages Reschedule appointments, add transactions and stop managers to missed appointments End of Day Reports and stats EFT contracts and payments Emailing Monthly superbills and patient record Requests Entering Insurance Information and submitting claims Prepare and Entering Vital Signs Understanding Google sheets and formulas Scanning paperwork into Software system Reviewing policies, procedures and agreements with patients Setting up automatic recurring payments. Qualifications Must have experience working with google sheets and formulas. Computer skills and ability to work with a team is required Compensation & Benefits Hours are on average 35 hours/week Employee discounts on services and products Opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
