Receptionist and office manager responsibilties. Someone who can step into this warm, fun, family oriented environment and become part of our team. We are seeking "top talent" to join us in bringing value and health to our patients everyday. Job responsibilities include; billing/collections, accounts recievable, settlement recovery, appeals, arbitration, insurance verification, precertification of MVA and major medical insurances, office managment, coordinating other staff, patient hospitality, file management, and office/ workspace organization and cleanliness. We're looking for a professional who is compassionate with a consistent "ready" personality, serious work ethic, and maintains the talent of caring communication while still being able to have their finger on the pulse of the office needs. The job includes multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look patients in the eye and provide exceptional, personalized service that will "WOW" patients.
Skill requirements include:
- PIP pre certification and appeal experience
- Spanish speaking
- Excellent phone etiquette
- At least 2+ year PIP experience
- Day and night shift availability
- Professional, punctual and
RELIABLE
- Efficient, quick computer skills
- Ability to multitask with a smile and
PRORITIZE
tasks at hand- Comes to the table with solutions when needed
- Participation and coordination with the rest of the team throughout the shift and during team meetings
