We are looking for a Medical Payment Poster to join oir billing department. The successful candidate will have experience with medical billing and ideally experience with eClinicalworks. Must work well with a team! This position is In Person at our Oakhurst Office Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Medical Payment Posting Specialist to join our growing revenue cycle team. The ideal candidate will have experience posting insurance and patient payments, reconciling accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and working with electronic remittance advice (ERA) in a fast-paced medical practice. Duties and Responsibilities Post insurance and patient payments accurately using ERA, EFT, and paper EOBs. Process contractual adjustments, denials, recoupments, and payment reversals. Reconcile daily payment batches, deposits, and cash transactions. Research missing EOBs and payment discrepancies. Review and resolve credit balance accounts. Work closely with Billing and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve payment issues. Process incoming insurance correspondence and checks. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Assist with additional revenue cycle duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of medical payment posting experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting. Direct Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) . Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payment guidelines. Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, and medical terminology. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent data entry, analytical, and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required. This position is In Person at our
