• in the clinic and behind the scenes.

We're looking for a part-time biller who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and follows through without being chased. What You'll Do Post payments (EOBs, ERAs, patient balances) and keep accounts receivable moving. Delegate follow-up tasks to our A/R Virtual Assistant and hold that queue accountable.

Attend two brief weekly check-ins:

one with the A/R VA, one with the CEO. You're the Right Fit If You've billed in outpatient PT, chiropractic, or a specialty medical setting You can read an EOB without help You communicate early when something looks off You work independently and take pride in a clean AR Out-of-network and courtesy billing workflows don't intimidate you This Won't Work If You need daily check-ins to stay on track Your availability is inconsistent Medical billing is still new to you The Details 10 hrs/week | Flexible Monday-Friday Jane App + Google Suite + Asana Reports to
