Job Description
This position is local/remote. Qualified candidates are required to live in the Dallas Fort Worth area in order to be considered for this role. Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. DNA has a long-standing reputation of providing quality care to patients in the North Texas area since 1971. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Denials Specialist in our Dallas office. This individual must be detail-oriented, a critical thinker and possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Also able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and function as a team player. Requirements include 3+ years current experience of medical denial management, government, commercial and managed care insurance, and personal collections. Must have experience in determining correct actions including denials, appeals, obtaining documentation, make appropriate adjustments, and processing in a timely manner. Knowledge of ESRD coordination of benefits a plus. EPIC experience is preferred. This position is local/remote. Qualified candidates are required to live in the Dallas Fort Worth area in order to be considered for this role. Our address is 1505 LBJ Frwy, Dallas, TX 75234. - There will be 2-3 weeks of onsite training following hire date.
