About the Role We are hiring an experienced Physical Therapy Biller who can step in confidently, manage claims from submission through resolution, and help keep our clients' revenue flowing. This is not an entry-level role. You should already understand outpatient PT billing and be comfortable working independently in an EMR. Experience with Prompt EMR is strongly preferred. What You Will Do Submit and manage outpatient physical therapy claims Work accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims Identify and resolve denials, rejections, and payer issues Post payments and adjustments accurately Communicate with insurance companies when needed Maintain clean, organized billing workflows Collaborate with internal leadership to improve billing systems as we grow As we scale, high performers will have opportunities to step into lead biller, QA, training, or operations roles.
