ASAP About the Role We're seeking an experienced temporary Medical Biller to support a healthcare organization during a critical, time-sensitive project. This temporary role focuses heavily on managing, organizing, and processing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from Other Healthcare Coverage providers. If you have strong billing experience, familiarity with Welligent, and a solid understanding of Medi-Cal compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a meaningful, high-impact role. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for locating, sorting, coding, and distributing EOBs from Other Healthcare Coverage providers. Support billing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of documentation. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with billing regulations and internal policies. Visit the onsite corporate office as needed to sort mail (typically 1-2 times per day; up to 5 hours total). Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Welligent platform
  • Extensive hands-on experience handling EOB documentation
