Pay:
26-28/hr
DOE Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Option to start as early as 7:00 AM with a 30-minute lunch (fixed schedule required)
Work Model:
Hybrid (San Diego-based required)
Role Overview:
In this role, you will take ownership of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) processing from Other Healthcare Coverage providers. Responsibilities include locating, sorting, coding, and distributing EOBs, helping to free up the internal billing team to focus on a high-priority initiative. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and can quickly step in and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage EOBs from Other Healthcare Coverage providers Sort, code, and distribute documentation accurately and efficiently Support billing operations and ensure compliance-related workflows are maintained
Required Qualifications:
Experience with the Welligent platform (preffered not required) Proven experience with EOB processing Strong understanding of Other Healthcare Coverage billing for Medi-Cal compliance Must reside in
San Diego, CA Training & Equipment:
1-2 weeks of training (focused on system navigation; prior experience required) Company-provided equipment, including laptop, monitor(s), and accessories
