We're looking for a detail?oriented professional with strong insurance knowledge to help ensure every patient has smooth, informed experience. Hiring Immediately! If that describes you, we need to talk! What your day will look like: Prepare patient accounts, verify benefits, and communicate essential information to keep the team fully supported. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through online portals or by phone Review patient accounts prior to upcoming appointments and identify any missing information needed before the visit Record co?pays, deductibles, and other patient?responsibility amounts to be collected at the time of service Document all relevant insurance and benefit details in patient accounts to ensure the front office team is fully prepared
