Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated bilingual individual to join our team in a Billing and Telehealth Support role. This position is essential to ensuring accurate billing processes and maintaining effective communication with our patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming telehealth calls.
- Processing medical records and ensuring all billing information is accurate and up to date.
- Performing medical billing tasks, including submitting records and invoices to attorneys' offices.
- Scheduling in-office visits across multiple locations for our medical providers.
- Assisting with in-office visits, including taking patient vitals.
- Utilizing our EMR system (Practice Fusion).
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Staying current with medical billing regulations and coding practices.
