We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Management/ Insurance and Client Collections Specialist to join our TEAM! Experience must include the following; Bilingual/Spanish a plus Knowledge of current CPT coding, ICD-10 coding, and HCPCs coding CPC-A or CPC certification preferred, but not required Manage and work Accounts Receivable Obtain insurance claim numbers Assist with incoming calls Experience working with EMR e-Clinical Works Windows proficient, experience working with Excel, is a plus Overall knowledge of working in a Medical Practice, working closely with multiple providers Experience in record review, working directly with providers to correct and update notes is a plus Knowledge of navigating payer websites Must be able to work as a team member in a department group setting Must be an excellent communicator, and comfortable interacting with individuals of all professional levels The ability to handle problem/resolution The ability to work independently and as a team
