Job Description
CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a passionate Documentation Team Admin to join our team in the Morgantown, WV office. Who We Are CHC Solutions, Inc. provides medical supplies to patients with a focus on outstanding customer service. We are headquartered near Pittsburgh, PA and have multiple locations throughout the Eastern United States. We receive an order from doctors and their staff, verify the products are covered by the patient's insurance, the supplies are shipped to them, and we bill their insurance. Everything we do is about improving the patient experience. Caring is the difference. Your Responsibilities As a Documentation Team Admin , you will join a dedicated team focused on making sure patients receive the medical supplies prescribed by their health care provider. Your future position responsibilities will include the following: Accurately enters new patient demographic information into the billing system. Identifies letter of medical necessity is compliant for confirmation to route to billing. Updates physician and patient information accordingly from response from customer. Contacts patients or physician offices to obtain information that is missing from orders Uploads patient documents in the billing system imaging. Categorizes and routes all orders, authorizations, or documentation to the appropriate teams for processing. Makes outbound calls for correct physician information to ensure faxes are successful to their destination. Notes ALL correspondence with the patient or doctor's office in the patient's account utilizing the appropriate standard note format. Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward all CHC customers at all times including patients and healthcare professionals. Complies with all applicable CHC Solutions policies, procedures and protocols. Complies with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care.
