Part-time Pay Class:
California Minimum Wage @ $16.90 per hour FLSA Non-Exempt, Part-Time 4 hours per week max.; annual maximum of 960 hours.
Required:
Wednesdays (excl holidays) 8:15 am to 12:15 pm Under general direction of the Senior Administrative Analyst, provides onsite support and assistance, including immediate troubleshooting, to Available Court Connection and Electronic Support Services (ACCESS) program participants.
NOTE:

Opens and closes the location for ACCESS program participants; Greets participants and checks them in utilizing an electronic sign-in sheet; Directs participants to the electronic form TR-510 for participants wanting same day hearing; processes form and returns electronically to the Court prior to the hearing; Directs participants to the proper electronic forms to be submitted with payment via US mail; Checks audio and visual equipment, including a joint microphone test with Court staff; Troubleshoots equipment; Calls participants to the web camera and monitors for assistance from Court staff; Plays advisement videos; Assists Judge and/or Court staff with verification documents as needed; Directs participants to electronic files including sign-in sheets, forms, user surveys, or other documents for the Judge and/or Court staff; Participates in ongoing training; Performs related duties as required.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
Familiarity with a personal computer, microphone and web camera.
