We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Assistant with an active Phlebotomy license to join our team for concierge-style events. This role involves providing high-quality patient care services in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining a warm, welcoming presence. The ideal candidate is confident in performing phlebotomy procedures, excels in face-to-face interactions, and represents our organization with professionalism, positivity, and a friendly demeanor. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a comfortable experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide concierge-level service to clients at events, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience Greet and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines Assist with event setup, flow, and breakdown as needed Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards

Qualifications:

Active Phlebotomy license/certification required Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong front-facing presence with a friendly, approachable, and consistently positive attitude Well-groomed, professional appearance with a natural ability to engage and smile with clients Ability to work in fast-paced, event-based environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and travel to event locations if required
