Legal Clerk - CT Rubin & Rothman, LLC. Legal Assistant Law firm seeking a legal assistant to support the firm's litigation attorney staff. The ideal candidate will be interested in developing new and advanced litigation skills, and eager to collaborate with the firm's attorneys, legal assistants, clients, and staff. Responsibilities include the e-filing of court documents, data entry, processing court motions in coordination with the attorney staff, and contact with court clerks. Requirements - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with court systems and filings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work on group assignments as a team player. Ability to maintain confidential information and acceptable standards of office and professional conduct. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as well as possessing a positive team-oriented mentality.
