Wellen Park, located in North Port, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pro Shop/Court Sport Maintenance! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Open and operate the tennis pro shop Assist members and guests with check-ins, merchandise, and general questions Perform court maintenance and daily court upkeep Assist with outdoor court duties and setup Keep court areas clean, organized, and presentable Support Court Sports events, activities, and programming as needed Friendly and professional attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Court Sports knowledge is a plus but not required Must be able to lift 50 pounds Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
