Job Description

assisting the office manager with any and all clerical needs
must be punctual
answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly
scanning documents into Probation Tracker
helping PO's with administrative tasks when needed
serve as back-up to intake officers when needed at court/jail
keeping track of supplies and placing orders when needed
must pass a pre/employment DS and background check
must have a valid drivers license
