Role:
In this leadership role as the Office Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to influence your team. You will ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. You will continuously identify opportunities, improve the speed and quality of support, while increasing operational efficiency. You will prioritize and act on those opportunities by setting challenging goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling, organizing, and planning daily activities to insure efficient store operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Creating a desirable work environment through recognition and empowerment.
  • Promotes a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
  • Ensure the store achieves company objectives.
  • Ensure that the store is a maintained cleanliness and organized store.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ordering and inventory management.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Thorough product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
  • Bring high energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, company philosophy.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer College Degree, but not required
  • 5+ years' experience in office and managment
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evening and weekends). Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • In an hour 8-hour work day: standing/walking.
  • Exposure to temperatures: 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit, >90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutter.
