Job Description
Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Administrative Court Clerk in the City Court. Essential Job Functions Greet office visitors, answer telephone, read/respond to email requests, and provide assistance to city personnel and the public. Assist in maintaining/coordinating court calendar. Assist in maintaining various department financial records. Assist in daily credit card processing, reconciling, and bank deposits. Assist in opening/maintaining infraction and ordinance violation case files. Assist in preparing certification of records and preparing requests for driving/criminal records. Assist in preparing paperwork for the suspension of licenses for Failure to Pay and Failure to Appear. Assist in processing uniform traffic tickets. File forms with BMV and prepare/process forms for suspension of licenses. Assist in preparing certified driving records for court initial hearings.
