at Town of Stockholm in Stockholm, Maine, United States Job Description The Town of Stockholm is seeking applications from qualified candidates for a part-time Town Clerk, Treasurer and Tax Collector. This employee's primary duty involves assisting walk-in customers and processing tax payments; as well as motor vehicle registrations, vital records processing, dog licensing and IFW transactions. The Clerk will also plan, coordinate and oversee all Elections. Provide administrative support across departments and assist with special projects. The Treasurer function is essential in managing all municipal funding. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have strong administrative, accounting and communication skills in a municipal environment is helpful. Experience with TRIO is preferred. Starting pay is dependent on experience.
