Based in Texas, the company has built a strong presence in the commercial construction space and is widely recognized for its reliability and quality of work. The team specializes in general contracting, construction management, and design-build services across a range of sectors. They take a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Job Description Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring time-lines and budgets are met. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with public/municipal industry standards, regulations, and safety codes. Manage project budget and resources, controlling costs and expenditures. Monitor quality and safety standards. Strong knowledge of public construction standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
