Job Details Law clerks are responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and proofreading opinions for release. The positions also perform general administrative functions, including managing the Justice's calendar, supervising interns, finalizing opinions for release, and other duties as assigned. Applicants with law review and/or moot court experience are encouraged to apply. Attorneys with experience in private practice, public service, or public interest law firms are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications As of August 1, 2026, candidates must have the following minimum qualifications: (1) a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; (2) superior legal research, analytical, and writing skills, including proofreading and editing skills; and (3) strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
