Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Manager of the Project Management office is to manage day-to-day activities in the (PMO) to ensure IT projects and programs meet organization goals and requirements. Implements and provides guidance related to PMO processes and policies, oversees the work of project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. This position requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication, robust problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with and motivate others.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field (Related fields include IT, Healthcare, Business Management and similar. Five years IT or PMO related leadership experience may be substituted for degree.) 5 years of Information Services in a Healthcare Environment OR 5 years Project Management- Supervisory
