Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate guest experiences. Responsibilities Manage all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Lead and train front desk staff on hospitality management best practices, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and customer service problem-solving techniques. Ensure adherence to hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to guarantee guest and staff safety at all times. Oversee guest services, including handling special requests, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of issues. Supervise night audit processes to verify financial transactions and prepare reports for management review. Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests, enhancing overall client communication and relations. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and hospitality reservation systems. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively. Experience handling night audit responsibilities and managing multi-line phone systems is preferred.
