Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front End Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. This vital role ensures smooth customer transactions, maintains an efficient front desk, and supports overall office management activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors alike. Your leadership will help create a productive, organized workspace that promotes efficiency and professionalism at every level. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service. Act as a key holder for the store, responsible for opening and closing the store as scheduled, completing all required operational, cash-handling, and security procedures. Perform all Customer Service duties at an advanced level, serving as a role model in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building trust, and resolving complex or escalated customer concerns. Partner closely with technicians and management to ensure accurate, efficient, and customer-focused service operations while identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve customer retention. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills. Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a fast-paced automotive environment a plus. Qualifications Valid driver's license Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting customer's needs or exceeding sales goals.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
