Job Description

Maintenance Plus Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Florence, AL. This position involves answering incoming calls, scheduling service calls, handling customer communication, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Schedule HVAC service and maintenance calls Send and respond to emails Enter customer and invoice information Use QuickBooks for invoicing and office tasks Send invoices, and emails. Maintain organized customer and job records Assist with general office administration duties
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and office software knowledge Experience with QuickBooks required Ability to multitask and stay organized Professional attitude and dependable attendance Previous office/admin experience preferred
Pay:
$16-$20 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Full-time Location:
