  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor.
In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, possesses strong supervisory skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using multi-line phone systems and reservation software Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive interactions to foster loyalty Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations within the resort or hotel environment Implement revenue management strategies by optimizing room rates, upselling services, and monitoring occupancy levels Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review Train and develop team members in phone etiquette, guest services, human resources policies, and hospitality standards Experience Proven supervising experience in a hotel or resort setting with a focus on front office operations Extensive hospitality management knowledge including hotel management practices, guest services, and revenue management techniques Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations Ability to handle budgeting responsibilities and implement cost-control measures within the front office department Previous experience in a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest relations, hotel experience, and resort operations Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
