Job Description

Ambassador Personnel is hiring a 1st Office Administrator for our Manufacturing client in Tuscaloosa, AL. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to join a great company!
Position Overview:
Administrative Support:
Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle all professional correspondence and reporting for the department.
Data & Documentation:
Execute high-volume data entry, manage purchase order requisitions, and resolve discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy.
Digital Content:
Create and maintain polished Google Presentations, Sheets, and communication materials for internal and external use.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to report: Gather, structure, and compile departmental data into comprehensive reports for leadership review.
Operational Liaison:
Facilitate postal duties, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and manage production entry.
