The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office resources, supervising staff, and supporting various administrative tasks. Duties Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. Order equipment for upcoming projects and track purchase orders. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing excellent customer service. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, correspondence management, and report generation. Manage calendars for executives or team members to optimize scheduling efficiency. Skills Proven experience in an office management role or similar position. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with Microsoft Project or other Gantt Chart software is a plus. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality in all interactions. Experience with event planning and coordination is highly desirable. Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
