We are a thriving private practice seeking a Front office Administrator that shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily dental office operations and patient support services Present and explain treatment plans and payment options Coordinate appointments, referrals, scheduling, and patient communications Resolve patient concerns while ensuring excellent customer service Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Ensure the office remains professional, efficient, and patient-focused Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Dental Assistant certification preferred but not required 2+ years of treatment coordination and dental insurance experience (PPO, HMO, indemnity, and government plans) Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with computers and standard office equipment High school diploma or GED required Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Experience with dental insurance is required
