Job Description
The Business Office Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and is responsible for the maintenance of financial records and the management of accounts receivables. This Business Office Manager interacts with third-party payers, Medicare, Medicaid along with all pertinent collections processes. The position oversees, safeguards and controls the resident funds by managing and reconciling the resident trust. The Business Office Manager is also responsible for managing private pay collections and interacting with residents and responsible parties regarding resident payments. > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
